LFW FW'17

TREND REPORT

This edition of LFW is just over, and before Milan, we want to tell you the trend spotted on the catwalk for the fall17 season:

  • Sparkling motifs

  •

  • a lot of designers included shining patterns in their collections and as result, the looks appeared younger with a sophisticated effect. From J.W. Anderson to Christopher Kane, this was the most seen trend on the catwalks.

  • Complementary colours

  •

  • Looking deeper at the collections showed is possible to spot that some designers like Johnny Coca at Mulberry and Roland Mouret for his own brand, decided to use a complementary composition of colours for some looks. This might be a new strong visual impact trend for the next seasons.

  • Oversize

  •

  • It has been around for quite some time, but Donatella Versace decided to show it loud and clear for the occasion of the departure of the head designer Anthony from her second line. Other designers chose to add to on their collections to remark the idea of anti-conformist look.

Coloured playful Fur

More and more we see furs taking place in the collection of designers, especially thanks to street style in which people wear real or fake fur garment in the most different way. Coloured furs attract attention and make the outfit looks joyful, but still with a luxurious essence.
